Re: Hatchling vs. adult with a new owner?
I am not an expert, but i have both a corn and a BP. I got the corn from a large commercial breeder and it was almost a year, with minimal handling. she was nippy and hard to handle and still is. She is also very fast moving, but i still love her, but i will not get another corn. My BP was bought from a small breeder , he was 4 mos old and very calm . He is very easy to handle. I will probubly get another BP in time. Before you buy check forna classifieds and check out breeders . If you decide on a BP just stay here and watch for all the lovely babies comming. One thing, do not get your snake before you set up its new home, and those temps are spot on, that will make i acclumation so much easier. hope this helped a little.
