She is afraid of the live mice and curls up and hides her head, I wiggle a dead mouse near her, and nothing. She has gone through a full shed, and I thought she would definitely eat then, but no. So it's been about 7 weeks since she's eaten, should I worry, stop handling her, I'm just not sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I started this thread about eight months ago when I got my first ball python. They're awesome snakes, but it can be really frustrating to get them eating sometimes. :) So you're not alone.

Definitely stop handling her for now, until she starts eating again. Make sure your temps are spot on-around 90 on the warm end, and I've found that upper 70's to low 80's on the cool side works just fine. Also, most snakes will switch to frozen/thawed. Both of my BPs were originally eating live, but I got them switched to f/t pretty quickly. Make sure you're warming them up enough though! Once they're completely thawed, I dunk their heads into hot-ish water. I heat up a small amount on the stovetop, but not so much that it's boiling.
