Really liking the stump in your eclosure.
A question though, those bedding of moss on or near the log, do they cause mold on the log?
wondering because I would prefer to use that type instead of springkling sphagnum moss everywhere, too messy.

If you don't keep up with cleaning yes. Whenever I feed her we scrub the tank plants and hides all down with hot water no soaps they leave a bad residue that will make your snake sick. The moss simply needs a water mist from time to time. If you feel nervous about your wood, bake it in your over at 200-250 for about 15-20 minutes. Then let it cool before putting it back in. Sometimes a leave a hide a little warm and she loves it because the feeding tub is cold. We wipe out glass with zoomed wipeout2. Sanitizes, cleans, and kills parasites as well. Use bottled, filtered types of water when you spray/humidify your tank to prevent ugly splotches on the glass. Also its better for the snake. Sorry i could prattle on forever...

Ps check your local petsmart for the stump. I think its in the aquarium decor or the natgeo section of the herp suplies

Btw the only thing that has tried to develop any mold is the cheapie wood hide. Even then that took quite a while

The camera makes him look much duller than he actually is. He's actually really bright yellow, so far no browning :)

I really like the Animal plastics setup Mr Misha has, seems good for both a nice display and housing a variety of snakes.

Shiva was out and about last night and decided to strike a pose. This has been her home for 3 years now. The lid... a slip over heavy mesh lid from any pet store. A 1x2 and a few pieces of spare laminite flooring. Cut the holes with a dremel. http://i1301.photobucket.com/albums/...ps27862366.jpg

Thank you! I love AP enclosures. My BPs usually come out during the night so I don't stare at bowls and hides all night.

Hey, I may need to chat with you about the AP cages and using the RHP's.

I just got word that Ed Lilley Pro-Line/Constrictors NW has decided to get out of the cage business and pursue other endeavors.

I'm looking at the AP T-12 48" x 24" x 24" for my coastal carpet in the future. What type of RHP are you using?

Sorry, semi hijacked the thread but I like your cages and I use RHPs so you're a good resource.
