    Did he eat a live mouse? Are you offering too big of prey? Does he have fresh clean water?

    If it's none of that he may have a respiratory infection and you should take him to the vet. The wheezing and mouth thing worry me if he's not hungry. Definitely try smaller prey f/t if that's what you usually use.

    I'm guessing he's about a year and a half or just under. I feed a few mice typically. Depends on the weight since I feed around 10% weight give or take the size of last meal. I did have fake plants in their but he always flipped them into his water dish and they started to fall apart so I took those out a while ago. I did schedule a visit for the vet on Thursday. I hope they can help.

    That's what I first thought. My upstairs neighbor has a female ball that's mature and she's in the room right above him. Not sure if he can smell her but I don't know if that would explain the noise.
