I wish your snake luck considering the cheap/fast/NOW attitude that you've had in every thread. (1/23 wanted to buy a snake asap. 1/25 snake won't eat and temps aren't right, 1/27 Another thread about temps, and now this one)

Ok I'm returning it and buying a nice one, so if I get a nice one I can keep it on 24/7 in my pretty small closet? And that will work for how ever many snakes I get in the future ?

Don't know how big the closet you're talking about is (you don't want it touching doors or walls or anything like that), but yeah, you can heat a whole room with one. I use one of the radiant-oil heaters and keep my whole reptile room 76-80 ambient temp all the time.

Edit: Just be sure you have some way of managing the temp. to keep it from getting too hot. like that thermostat that was linked to earlier

Ranco 111000ETC T-stat with a Analog NOT digital heater. You can use oil filled or ceramic. Either works.

I hope that you're keeping it safe if not for you then for the animal who has no escape and relies on you for everything.

Most oil filled radiators recommend keeping at least 3 feet of clearance from the heater on all sides (including the top). Putting one in a closet is just asking for trouble if you ask me.
