Thanks. The Orangebelly project is one that I am excited to work with. It has had some interesting turns in the last year as you can see by this thread http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...y-Color-Change. The Orangebelly Mojave is the first cross I have made outside of Orangebelly/Yellowbelly, Pastel, and Specter. The Orangebelly Mojave is one of my favorites from this year.
The Congo Fire is exciting. It is really bright. I am looking forward to what it will do with some other morphs.
Do you mean you can't see the picture of the Caramel Albino? Or do you think it is something else. Caramel Albino is my best guess. I started a thread about this because I was surprised when the 2 Caramel Albinos hatched out. Take a look here http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...e-Het-For-What for pictures of the Caramel Albinos

i looked at your available snakes, and at some point down the line, i definitely need to get some snakes with the mystic gene

i think i'm going to focus on my clown project, and also trying to see if there is a super form of yoda
i'm still a novice, so i can't get too much going before i get the experience necessary

Smart. It is easy to get too big too fast. Don't be afraid to work the Mystic into the Clown project. Mystic Clowns are cool (http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/mystic-clown/). As you build up your Clown females, you could work in a power house Mystic combination male. Also, look at adding Leopard. Justin Kobylka has made some real nice combinations with the Leopard and Clown genes (look at the Pastel Lesser Leopard Clown on the main page of his website http://www.jkobylkareptiles.com/).

Got you. Thanks. I hope to get some pictures next to a known Caramel Albino at the February Columbia Repticon. That way I can see how close it really is or isn't to a Caramel Albino. At the November Columbia Repticon, a couple of other breeders thought they looked pretty close to Caramel Albinos, and they were similar, but darker. This time I'll grab some pictures so that I can update the thread.

sounds good, so your 2 original snakes are triple het. :gj::gj:

Don't know. They are at least double het for Albino and Caramel Albino (just calling it that for now until I have conclusive evidence otherwise). I don't know if they are het for Pied or not. There were 11 eggs laid and 1 egg had twins. Out of 12 babies, no Pieds. If the parents are het Pied, that's pretty bad odds. I'm obviously breeding them again this season, so I may know more in the summer.

those leopard clowns are the heatrock:O
i may end up getting one more snake before i start breeding my own, and that will be a leopard YB male from a guy i've already bought 4 snakes from, on the condition it's still available next repticon
that way i may be able to make some silky ways and/or leopard superstripes
