    All about Marshall
Marshall is doing so good. He spends most of his time in his hot hide, coming out around 6-7:00 in the morning.

I weighed him and he is 74 grams.

Measurement is 1 foot and 4 inches.

I plan to feed him this Tuesday, have a fuzzy mouse ready for him. His next meal I am planning to move him up to hoppers.

He's so friendly, and loves to weave himself in between my fingers. He has also tried squishing himself between my eye and glasses... Lol. He likes licking my nose, any insight as to why he does this?

Anyways, I will keep everyone updated on Marshall's growth and share any questions I have.

Fuzzy mice are too small for a new fresh out of the egg hatchling.
This snake either needs to be on small mice or rat pups if he will take rats.

As I said, I am going to move him up to hopper mice. He was eating fuzzies at the petstore so I wanted his first meal with me to be the same.

Please re-read what you just quoted. He said SMALL MICE or rat pups. Hopper mice are WAY too small for him.

I don't think you realize how small Marshall is... A small mouse would definitely be much bigger than the widest part of his body.

My little high white pied girl is almost 8 weeks old and weighs 138 grams yet Saturday she ate a 28 gram rat fuzzie almost rat pup with np. I was worried at first as it was huge but she chowed down and after she was done, it looked like she ate a football. She very slowly crawled back into her warm hide and now today, I took her out and you cant even see a lump anymore. You would be surprised how fast and big of food they can digest. And I feed her every 3 days. She is like a bottomless pit. I would go with something that is 1.5 times wider than their widest part. Pythons can eat really big stuff. Boas though don't have such an iron stomach and if its too big for them, they tend to regurgitate it, mostly Surinames though, Colombians are garbage disposals and eat anything or at least mine does.
