Congrats on the new addition!
I've been using medium sized binder clips to keep our sterilites secure, easier than bungee cords IMO.

I shouldn't have to worry about her getting out. My dad has some small c-clamps lying around, so I'll probably put those on the sides where the lid locks are. I've got it pretty much set up now, except for the water bowl(I think I need a smaller one, the humidity is 70% without doing anything). I did go to Michael's and buy 2 pot bottoms, only 20 cents a pop and some greenery that I'm going to use. I also got her something to climb on. So she should be set for awhile.
