    Mine is cranky when I DONT get her out every night and will literally bang stuff around in her enclosure, knock on the doors, pull plants down etc. Except for pre shed. If she's blue she's like a woman with pms and will hiss. On closer inspection I see her eyes and leave her be.

    Oh heck yes they can have bad days. Used to have a 13ish foot female burmese who would let you know in no uncertain terms when she wanted left alone. Never took a poke at me, but then I didn't press my luck. But normally I could just drag her out and she would be fine.
