    She was the one we had to asst feed several times. But as soon as she understood that a rat goes in bin and a rat is food. She started to eat very well for me. So far she's eaten five times on her own.

    I'd keep them both too. They're worth more as future breeders than what you'd probably get for them.

    BELs do nothing for me at all so I'd sell BOTH and buy a Pied & Lesser & Pastave :)

    It's true that you might get more for them once they're adults, but when you factor in the cost of food for two years, substrate, etc, it's probably not a big difference. And the whole one in the hand, two in the bush thing.

    Personally I'd keep them both. :)

    When you breed your own rats the cost of feeding snakes doesnt matter as much because the cost is so little.

    True. I did not know if OP was breeding his own feeders or not. Just wanted to throw that out there an another angle to look at.

    $100/year per snake on feeding a $2 rat a week if you don't breed your own rats.....

    Keep both ;)
