I'm honestly about to buy new tubs and redo everything because I don't want them to keep having to deal with these constant fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.

Silver sulfadiazine, aka silvadene. Normally it requires a prescription but http://www.mountainside-medical.com/ will sell it without one.

I find an oil filled heater in the colder months setup to keep a constant ambient temperature works great for this issue.

^ inaccurate gagues could definitely be the culprit.
Spraying will up the humidity, and should get rid of eye dents.
Could you post pics? Might be easier than explaining and getting questions :P.

my room temperature is 68 degrees... which is where I think my problem is coming from. my room does not get warm at all. I can send pics when I get home. I'm still at work. I use a device where you extend the probe and stick it into the environment to check humidity. I'm not sure what it's called, it's my device my dad got from his company.
is the silver sulphadine necessary if I get the neosporin? which how much should I be using it/how many times?

and yes they both have hides. both are plastic bowls/containers but I'm currently covering the outside in cork board sheets because you guys recommended it would help with sheds :)

so I need to fix my whole room temperature not theirs.
this may be a silly question, but is there a way to create a warmer ambient temperature within the snake rack, instead of within the tubs? if I got the heat tape on all five levels and then covered the open front with glass or plastic. so I almost make like an "incubator"
it's just that it's gonna be near impossible for me to heat my room up to a good 80 degrees. it's very big, open and it doesn't even stay warm with the heat on. I can try, but if there's an easier way that would be very helpful :)
