Show me the ones that specifically came from a spider clutch and exhibited it out of the egg. External factors can cause neuro issues as well. There are also rare cases of ball pythons showing it that did not come from any spider parents. Never seen one from a spider clutch tho, care to share your google results?

Spider is a dominant trait. Unless it is a visual Spider, you don't have the Spider gene in your normal ball python. There are other morphs associated with a wobble (Champagne, HGW, Powerball, Super Sable, Woma), but again, the genetic wobble only occurs in the visual animals.

You mentioned your temperatures and what you are using to measure them, but you didn't say what device (heat tape, heat pad, heat bulb, heat rock, etc) you are using to reach these temperatures. Also, what kind of digital thermometer? Is it the kind with a probe on it? If so, where is that probe placed? Perhaps a picture would help if you could do so. :)

he has a heat bulb. should i use something else?

Most heat sources are fine as long as they are regulated with a stat and the temps are appropriate .

Wobble is connected to the gene that causes it. Its not in the line, there are no other genes that cause it other than the one that produces the morph. This is well documented and studied, and the phenomenon is not limited to ball python

I probably wouldn't run to this breeder for any concerns being that they sold it to you as a "het pastel". On a scale of one to het pastel...how accurate are your temp readings? What type of spot spot do you use and how is that regulated and measured?

More than likely it was cooked too hot AND we already know you got screwed. Sorry but the truth is what it is.
Take this and learn from it. As far as the wobble is going, there probably isn't mush of anything you can do about it.
Is this your only snake? If its not I hope you are QTing.

My Google skills are up to par, thank you. :irkd: As a math teacher would say (and I asked previously), "Please, show your work."

I asked more than one question, and everything I asked is important for us to know in order to be able to provide you with any sort of direction. Other members have now asked some of these same questions. Do you mind going back and answering a few more of the questions that have been asked so that we can help provide some more direction? It's impossible to diagnose or help you without a better picture of how he's being kept.
