Now im wondering if it is stuck in on off mode. It said proportional and we hit the button and it said accepted, so it has to be prop. I know its pulse proportional so wouldnt it still make the light bump on and off as it pulsed?

I did find out all three of my walmart digital thermometers are off by several degrees according to my handheld temp gun. I cant believe all three are reading 3 degrees higher then actual temps, that really threw me off.
