    Congrats! I was going to ask if the belly was pink since sometimes you can miss the shed color change. I only use newspaper in all my cages mulch looks pretty but can hide pee and other stuff bugs etc... I quit using it years ago when I had a Green Tree Python strike at some during feeding I did not see the little part left behind and it got infected. Cost a few hundred dollars at the vet and I had to give it shots. Back then I left home at 4am and got home around 8pm. If you ever owned Chondro's you know not to put your hands in most of their cage's at night... God that sucked giving shots to a full grown animal in feed mode....
