Temp gun got messed up

What temp gun is it? I messed mine up and had the same problem. I went online and found instruction manual and it showed me how to fix it.

Go to Home Depot. They sell a Ryobi temp gun for like 14$ I use that all the time and they are accurate as hell. Consistently reads 98 degrees on my body

Doesn't look like that one has a way to reset the emmisivity like mine does. Sorry I looked but no luck.
