yes i have done a lot of research and am well aware of their possible size i just never really read up on genetics or morphs or anything lol and i do have snake experience this is just my first boa :)

Ah ok that parts all very confusing to me lol the different locales and everything and they're all in the same common name group? So she would be called a Colombian boa not a Colombian red tail boa!? Lol I'm sorry I just do not get the different categories I will def have to read up more on the differences!
And so far she is amazing she very inquisitive and very interested in anything I'm doing near the cage or when I was going I to the cage to rearrange something( trying not to mess w her too much) but she comes right over and inspects my hand and whatever I'm doing! Sooooo much different than my ball python or my hognose! If my bp was coming over giving me the stare down like that it would be because she would be about to strike it's so much differnt with the boa bc she seems genuinely interested in whatever I'm doing and wants to check out what I'm doing she's very friendly and very take she is not head why at all lets me pet her right on the head
its so cute and I love her already <3 it's really hard not to mess with her lol

Now I just need to come up w a name for HIM! I keep saying her bc my other / snakes are female lol oops I'll have to get used to it haha
