    Now that i can see some up close and personal pics, definitely looks like a bit of a burn to me. I would treat like Marla suggested, but a trip to the vet still might not be a bad idea.

    it all depends on your isp. I have verizon and they give you 10mb of webspace to put stuff on. The best thing to do i contact your isp (internet service provider) and ask them if they provide tools to build a website.

    With the bigger pics showing that it starts at scale edges and lack of tenderness, I'm leaning toward scale rot, but burn is still a possibility. Whatever it is, with the blood like that I would definitely recommend a vet trip. Either of those is normally treated with the treatment i suggested above unless there is internal involvement, and that's what I would be concerned about at this point after seeing the larger photos.

    no i dont because all of verizons utilities is on its website.
