A "15 - 20 ft boa constrictor" spotted in nearby lake

I just read an article on this and they interviewed a man who takes in rescues and breeds reptiles and he was contacted by animal control. He went and checked it out and was supposedly the one who ID'd it as a green anaconda when it was hiding in a boat house and then swam by him as it tried to escape capture.
