First boa! (Today was the day)

They are a lot more alert and active when they are younger. When they get older and have more weight their movements get a little less and slower. But if you are comparing it to a BP only, even as adults, it's like comparing a snake to a rock.

I can see that already. I can watch breaking bad with my bp (I'm *sure* she loves it) but with my limited interactions with my boa, I can see she is more interested in exploring.
It reminds me of getting different tarantula species. One can be a pet rock while others are little comets !

New world terrestrials that are more common. Like g. roses, b. smithi, etc; all affectionately known as pet rocks. The comets are typically the more hot venomed old world species, like p. murinus who are known for their "teleportation" and bad attitude. Of course there are lots that fall in the middle :P
