Eating problems?

I wouldn't think that'd be a huge deal...in the wild they don't really get fed on a schedule, and both my girls are fed on a staggered schedule sometimes and Roo's never taken badly to it. She's usually just a more aggressive feeder on days that fall later than usual on her feeding time. Maybe yours is just picky? ;)
Maybe she's just not feeling well, or preparing to go into a shed and just a little grumpy. Maybe she's been handled too much, or something from the last meal upset her tummy or took longer to digest...could be any number of things.
I'd try scenting with a gerbil or, if things get really drastic, feeding a f/t gerbil (or maybe a baby dwarf ham, since she's so small). I've found that generally picks Roo right back up out of her slump.

I used to be wary of that too, but I had to resort to feeding them to Roo twice when she was feed striking and she takes f/t rats now no problem. I think it's an issue of their being fed nothing but gerbils for an extended period of time, and then having to switch over. If you're just scenting, you can keep re-using the gerbil to scent with for quite some time so I've been told. Soiled bedding is a good try for scenting as well, just get the thawed feeder a little wet and let 'em flop around in there for awhile until they dry off.

I think I know why she isn't taking the rats this time, last time I feed her they smelled EXACTLY like the mouse I also bought.
I bought them in Petco, the rats and mice are stored in the same Rubbermaid but in different bags.
You think that could be why. :shock:
