    Are you breeding all Super males/females? All visual recessives?

    I'd sure like to minimize Normals, but they are part of the game in breeding.

    That and both the co-dom forms are gorgeous i love Mojave/Lesser(butter)/Russo

    But a good place to start where you can make some killer snakes but a "bigger" investment would be a Banana you can throw a few nice other co-doms into them and make amazing snakes and dont even start with the recessive banana's

    Spinner banana

    Mojave banana

    Banana pied

    Clown banana:bow::bow:

    Aswell If you can get mojave. (look at picking up a Phantom and or Special.)

    Mojave phantom or Cystal( Mojave x special i got a clutch of those cooking atm)

    I got a lesser as my first breeding female. She'll be paired with my bumblebee (if he's ready) this season, or a friend will loan me a lesser/mojave/butter/whatever else we could want xD

    Ax fire x ax pastel, enchi kingpin x silver streak, and pastel clown x pastel het clown. So technically no normals. Worse case scenario is het clown.

    It really depends on your budget and how many females you want. I would go with genes that you really like that aren't too expensive, and go with the super form if there is one. If you want to do recessives, be prepared to go several generations before you get results.

    I'd get them with genes that pair well with almost every other gene, like pastel. Then if you get a nice 4 gene male, you don't have to worry about conflicting genes washing out the others.

    Or you can do what I'm doing and go for a hefty double recessive project :P. I'm in it for the long haul
