I'm planning to build the same type of enclosure myself from PVC plastic ... I'll chemically weld the pieces together.
I'd love to visit Malaysia someday, have you seen any blood pythons in the wild?

PVC cage!? Now we're talking. I wanted something plastic as well but i dont know how thats done and i dont think anyone here knows to as well. Be great if you can share your idea blink.

The only snakes ive seen in malaysia are the cobras and the retics. Tho ive seen more cobras. But alot of friends claims to have seen the blood on the wild. They're not actually in decline (very easy to breed i was told), but the government chooses to protect them as they been exploited like crazy! Our country seems to be the natural habitat for the agressive ones i.e. retic, burmese, and bloods (The movie Anaconda 2 claims that theres anaconda at borneo, what rubbish!).

For what it's worth (probably not much to you, but maybe to Blink or someone), I saw a "plastic welding" package at WalMart here last week, so I imagine if you could get the proper sheets of plastic at a home improvement store or something, it's probably pretty do-able.

I like the pic where she's hanging from the string. Has she tried for the Olympics yet?

I'll actually go to walmart today, check out for myself today! :P

I want to chemically weld the sides together and add a bit of silicon III.
I found out about chemically welding from
    http://www.sunshinedragons.com/cages.htm

They do so with their cages, and might I say the look awesome.

Huh, plastic welding... never heard of that. I really want to make my own cages, especially for my growing boa, so thanks for the idea!
