female deserts make great pets because you can get them so inexpensively and they look stunning for just a single-gene morph.

but unfortunately breeding is out of the question.

If it is you might want to read up on their fertility issues.

I don't know you guys. If you look at the last two pictures full size, I think I can see a faint brown out line. I mean, for the price it probably is a desert, but still....

Do you know how old she is? That is another thing that would help. Even the best pastels get more brown with age. If she's more than 8 months old, I'll bet desert. If she is younger, there is a chance she might be a high yellow pastel.

Even if you cannot breed her, she is a dynamite looking snake. Personally, I'd never get tired of her just because she is so pretty.

The dude said she was about 4 months old, but he didn't really seem to know anything so *shrug* I just fed her (1 adult and 2 hoppers easy, if that helps any) but when she's had some days to digest I will weigh her. Here are some more photos that show scale and colour better:

My desert enchi is a little over a year old he was probablly about 4-5 months old when i got him. To me theres no doubt that thats a desert. Mine has not browned out at all and has probably gotten brighter.he eats 1 big adult mouse every week and hes probably more then doubled in size since i got him last august

Looks like a Desert... females can't be bred.

I think you have a desert on your hands bro, pastels have a gradient to their yellow, like a brownish tint, if it's desert female I won't risk breeding it, might also explain the price you got it for...
