Re: My baby boa was in her water dish,I think she is shedding, but the water was cold!
I'm not sure why it was so cold, it just felt that way to me at the time,it might have been my imagination or paranoia, based on I have never owned a boa before and that I had made a mistake in not sure,I don't have the reason a a valid excuse,I might have made a mistake of some sort, her temps are right on both ends, I think I may not have been meeting her humidity needs which I have since corrected and she was in shed,I change her water alot, maybe that was the cause, she was in shed and shed perfectly yesterday morning, but I am much more careful now,I have never had a snake soak before so all in all it is my responsibility to care perfectly for her so it is my fault no matter what,I am very happy she is alright, eating and vibrant again!

    Hey, you'll be OK!

You probably overreacted because you are a concerned, caring owner. The water was probably quite a bit warmer than you thought it was, but because you are what all of us are (I hope all of us are) ,,,,, a keeper that cares you became concerned.

    Good trait in my opinion!

Sounds like it's dialed in now.
