how long w/o no heat

I think that would be fine. Keep your eye on it so it doesn't get out. Some people like to put it in a dark pillow case.

can i do that in the car

most snakes are bagged (pillowcase) with a knot tied or a wire tie(zip tie) and then shipped anywhere in the us this way. provided the proper box and packaging. the snake will be fine for a road trip!
a shoebox(rubbermaid) with holes in it is fine also.

ok now the heatinf in my tank is bad like in the afternoon its 93 and at night its64 whats wrong and how do i bump up the temp(and how come my posts keep getting closed
