    and if the underlying problem IS boredom, you really need to take him to a movie, horseback riding, a walk in the park, canoeing,etc.maybe put some toys in his enclosure. get him a hobby, like collecting humans. lol.

    LOL. I like the ideas of taking it to the movies (the Anaconda movie is a thought) and let it collect humans.

    Just an update...

    He tried to eat it again last night... fortunatly I was able to scoop it out before he got it. I have fed him an extra mouse this week to see if it is just him being a pig... well see. :)

    There was mention of a website where you could ask a question to a vet - can someone post that? thanks
