Make sure you check IN any knick knacks you might have. The 1st week I had my new BP my 12 year old son fell asleep while holding her. I shook him awake , and the snake was gone. Anyway , looked all around for a few hours and was thinking the worst ( I have 3 dogs too , and they kill any wild snakes we get in the yard :O ) . I started straightening up the toys I had thrown around looking for her ( I have 4 kids) and there , sticking out of a 3 foot tall Darth Vader toy's helmet was a BP tail. She was completely curled up in there. So check any vases or anything of that nature. Good luck , I hope you find your BP!
