i hate bright lights too. i figure if the lights bother me, then they have to be bothering roswell. however roo puts up with light better. i can imagin how angry a snake would feel if they slept all day, woke up and found it was still bright in there, and felt like they had to hide till it got darker. it is kind of funny to see roswell hiding from the light. he always keeps his eyes just in the shadows. i didnt play with him long last night cause he was sausage butting. ;)

your snake loves to poo on you heh mlededee? you think she plans it. holding till you pick her up.. takes his time.. aims..then BAM!
    just a thought..
i think they know. roo has never pooed on me or my g/f, sometimes when she was sausage butting and we played with her she would hold it, we would set her back in the cage, and she would let it rip.
maybe just good timing, or they know whats up.

    What the H%$# was this????
actually it's always pee that she lets go on me. maybe it's the stimulation of being out and being handled and stuff. but i mean come on, how much can one little baby snake go in a week?! every day apparently. i just got her a new bigger water bowl and she has been sucking the water down. i never saw her drink until i got her this bowl. maybe she was really thirsty because she didn't like the old bowl and didn't drink out of it or something. who knows. the first time i ever held her she peed on me to though. maybe it's just her way of expressing her affection. :?

Hah, Audrey's a fairly experienced ribbon snake keeper, so she's entirely cool with my critters (I'm a lucky girl). She asked to hold Ruby, so I let her while I went to wash dishes or something. I look over and A has this hideous look on her face, a very skinny snake, and a very big puddle on her lap. She was wearing a big t-shirt and undies, and both were soaked with RooPoo.
On second thought, maybe I should have made her cupcakes, too.
