Best Morphs to Start Out With?

I'd say go with morphs not as common: Spotnose or Chocolate combo

Go with a pied male, pied female, and another female het for pied lets say a pastel het pied or for a little more money a bumblebee het pied. You would get all pieds from one clutch and a mix of things like pastel pieds, spider pieds, bumblebee pieds, and each of those things just het for pied so it's a good mix. You would spend a decent amount of money but IMO would be a fun small breeding group because everyone loves pieds :D

If money doesnt matter right now why not get a 3 gene male and a couple 2 gene females especially now that they are much more affordable? There is so much available at affordable prices now it's impossible to really tell people where to start! Lol.
