But congrats on the rat switch...Ball Pythons think rats are yummy, now get ready to see some girth.

And that looked like a huge meal...when mine was that small and eating rats, I waited 7-10 days in between feedings.

Sure was a big meal, I was actually feeding Rat pups to Obitus.
This one I'd be guessing was Weaned, even though it was labelled as "small rats"

Obitus is really girthy for her length lol.
I always wait 7 days for feedings, this one I'll be waiting atleast 10.

Cool pics. :) Judging by the first pic, yours looks to be about the size of my girl. She's 3 months old September 8th. Of course, I can't exactly tell the size with no comparison. I just looked at the paper towel in the pic and figured in my head. Basically using the dimples in the paper towel as a size reference. I'm weird. :)

While on the subject of rats...I just got my baby tuesday, and it's a little early, but I'm gonna attempt to feed her an adult mouse this friday night. I think she'll take it. Anyway, I'm just gonna buy 3 frozen mousicles from the local pet shop, then once those are done, I want to switch to rats. I have no clue on the sizes of the mice and rats, so does anyone know what an equal sized rat would be to an adult mouse? I thought maybe rat pups, but not sure. :)

They have a good reference chart on size.
Rat Pups are a bit bigger then Adult Mice.

I'm pretty sure I feed her Weaned, even though they were labelled as Small Rats.

I'll have much better pictures up, once I get them developed and scanned! :D

Ah, thanks for that link. I couldn't remember which site had the size references. Cool. :) Looks like an adult mouse is about the same size as rat pups. I'll have to remember that. I'll probably make the switch within the next month.

Can't wait for more pics!

Yeah adult mice are about the same size as Rat Pups, but Rats in general have giant heads ... its funny.
