    Yeah but, only one person has actually answered my question of when to remove the press n seal. The other doesn't use it at all....

    I use press n seal, and I exchange the air about every 3-4 days. Once the eggs
    Start to deflate I remove the press n seal all together and just use the lids to the 6qt tubs.

    I don't remove it until they pip. but I do peel one corner back just enough to make a very small hole to let the air in 10 to 14 days out. meaning before they pip
