During the most part of the year I throw them in the trash.
During breeding season I keep a few (those of mature experienced breeders) so I can use them.

I just cut one open and flattened it today to try and use for jewelry. I tried with some normal ball python sheds before but they just weren't as dramatic as my boa's.
Most of mine go into the trash since they typically contain urates or feces, though the most recent one from my BCI was clean and intact so we kept it. It's just over 8 feet long.

I have been cutting them down the middle long ways, laying them flat, and then laminating them. They make for excellent teaching samples in my classroom plus my husband is an elementary school teacher and he takes them to school with him so the little kids can look at them. They think they are cool! Most biology teachers (or elementary/middle school science teachers) love to have stuff like this to show the kids, so you could donate them to a local school.
