    congrats Deborah .. We have 2 clutches on the ground.

    we woke up the day after the superbowl and had first one and got a unexpected surprise late yesterday, from a female that been bred for 3 years with nothing and this year she finally laid ( we were thinking male is sterile or maybe she was really not ready ) so far grand total of 9 eggs with 4 more possible females to lay this season.
    our total count has been 9 good eggs 1 unsure but possible bad ) and 3 slugs so far.

    Egg time is the best time of the year, surprise eggs are even better especially when you were thinking it would never happen. ;)
