I think it's too early to really throw a number on it right now, we just recently learned that they are not allelic so assumptions need to be double checked, many leopards have not been proven het pied, people use them for other projects and never find out, however might be labeled as such and there are only a few proven super leopards pieds that I have heard of, some "super leopards" may very well be leopard pieds. Also another question would be do all the non-het pied leopards originate from 1 or 2 original non-het pieds or is it more common than that? With the gene being affordable to most people and we now know what to look out for, we should be able to answer these questions relatively soon.
