    Thanks everybody. He has been left a good few hours on his own now and he is as inquisitive as ever in his new surroundings. He seems much more happier and calm right now which makes me happy :)

    Once again thank you so much for the replies. Looks like this is the forum to be in from now on for me to have a good read through some various topics on BP's.

    You know you said he is a gorgeous colour (which he certainly is :) ... are some 'normal' BP's just brighter than other normals? Or are they pretty much all the same colour (the normal morphs...if that's the correct word?).

    He's a really cool looking normal. I like his pattern and that little bit of "black back" going on. When I unboxed my new ball python he did the same thing for about an hour then uncoiled and went in his hide.

    Thanks man. He does look beautiful... so different to my corns. I knew there would be some differences but from what I have been reading in depth about them...yeah....very different indeed.
