Yeah, I have noticed that bluish shine on my Ball Pythons as well. I personally think it is a sign of good health for them to have that deep blue cast to their dark markings.I love it....

yeah, they have an iridescence to them. Sophie just shed today so hers is especially vibrant right now. It's so kewl!
