i'm still debating where i want to get it done. i was thinkin on my lower back, it was my first thought and my boyfriend thinks it'd be hot. ;) lol, but im leanin more towards on the back of my shoulder. my mom has this 2 inch rule since im not 18 yet, so it cant be big. not that i'd want a big one anyways.. but yeah. i saw this awesome tattoo online last night, it was a dolphin and had a gorgeous ocean scene behind it. its either that or some little cool heart design. but like i said, i dno!! i'll show you guys a pic when i finally get it. my rents changed the date to next week. so i'll have one then. :)

I don't know about you guys, but I always wanted "wings" tattoed on my back.
You guys ever see the movie "The Crow" with the french dude, not Brandon Lee ... That chick in the movie thats a tatto artist had wings on her back ...

Blink, I've seen a lot of those, I really wanted a pair for a long time. Now my doves sorta function as the same, if I have a tank-top on all anyone sees are the wings.
Semper, if you're going that small, the best is a solid bold design that's very simple. Intricate tats don't work out well on a very small scale, they get too smooshed and don't look quite right.

i've decided, this is what im getting. it'll be on my lower back, not my shoulder... but more towards my hip, not the middle. it'll only be 2" tall. :)

If I do get "wings" tattoed on my back, they'll be a large scale verison.
I personally can care less if people see my tattoo or not.
My greatest worry is being in my 60s and regretting getting the tats.

well when you are 60 you wont be able to turn your head far enough that you can see any tats on your back, and you more than likely won't be wearing anything revealing enough that other people will see it either. that's my theory on it anyhow.

Um, I don't think at even our age we can turn our head far back enough to look at our own back.
I don't wear anything revealing enough right now anyways.

I'm just saying, what if at the age of 60 I'll regret doing something like that?

lol.... well, i dont think im gona regret gettin 2 cherries behind my hip. i would never get anything huge, thats not me. but yeah, when im old and wrinkly, i dont think i'll be wearing revealing clothes, so it doesnt matter... no one will see a wrinkly tattoo anyways. might as well show it off while i can!
