Re: She prefers the cool side of the habitat?
Ok... New Nayo strangeness. Today was cleaning day and I replaced her substrate type (I didn't like the reptibark) with cocohusk and changed her hides. Before she wanted nothing to do with any hide on her cool side and didn't enjoy her warm side. Now she can't seem to decide which she likes more. :-) That is how its supposed to seem to me right? Back and forth... Over and around. I think it might have been the bark. Otherwise I have a diva python who demands a special "trailer" for each need. Joy. Lol. Oh yeah I also tried to get a digi thermometer. No go. Not one store in my town had digitemps with a wired probe. All of them were wireless probes and I just couldn't. So I suffer with analog dials for now.

My girl goes crazy exploring anytime I clean... She pretty much always stays in her cool side except for the 24-36 hrs after eating... I do have a small daylight bulb because we don't get a very good photoperiod in our house, and sometimes I will catch her laying under it out in the open... As long as she is eating, pooping, and shedding well, I don't worry much
