    Yes and Yes, I forgot to add that anytime I handle the guys with mites the clothes go in the dirty clothes and I shower if I plan on handling any healthy reptiles.

    I used NoPest strips from Lowe's and cut half inch by half in pieces put them in a small deli cup in the enclosure and cleaned everything real good and mine went away. Wasn't a big infestation tho I caught it early on.

    Yea with 5 snakes one being venomous im glad I caught it early

    A good soaking every day or so will drown most of the mites on the snake. Also be sure to clean the enclosure daily this will help with the eggs. I took everything out of my tubs and put them in out side after cleaning them while it was freezing weather.
