i could understand decreasing the temp at night. But to give him no heat at all. Not good. They are cold blooded,you know that,right? They rely on you to keep them warm.
the only reason I can see your snake is forever in its water bowl is mites. Obviously not heat,cause you don't even keep him warm at night. I leave my bulbs running 24-7. In use a double dome. I put a day bulb in one and a black light bulb in the other outlet. I keep my tanks warm all day every day and I still use UTHS
A black light? Snake rave? I use no heat lights or UTH mwhahahah..

Your cool side temps are low. You definitely should bump them up to at least 75. But I'd suggest 78-82. The UTH only provides belly heat. You need to have proper ambient temps throughout the whole day. I'd suggest a CHE on a dimmer instead of any lamps or night lights.
Also, BPs don't need to have different temps during the night.
