    Neal
I'd personally rather one that somebody else has built and tested for this reason I know of three that I like.

A local guy, or semi local builds something quite nice that comes with a thermostat for $350. It comes with the herpstat one.

Hotbox are really nice, but IMO, about $75-100 over priced. I like the back false wall that lets the heat recirculate and it keeps the temps all the same. Then it has a light and this comes with the VE-200 thermostat.

Next is the incubator boamasters builds. Very nice and probably the cleanest looking one that I've seen. In fact if he were closer then I would get one but with shipping being expensive unless broken down and me not wanting to assemble anything it's not my first choice.

In the end I may end up getting the one a local guy builds for $350, and using it to hach a few clutches, then once I start putting money back into the hobby I'll invest in a larger hotbox one that I can get from Chris at the show.

If you're wanting to stay under $200 then you're going to have to build your own.
