appearance of f/t mice

Nothing wrong with a little pee. I have found that it can stimulate a bigger feeding response.
I get my feeders from bigcheese. I have 125 feeders sitting in my fridge and they all look very clean and neat, so if you are worried about gross rodents in your freezer, consider buying your rodents from them.

cool, thanks for the recommendation for big cheese. one other quick question: what about freezer burn? does it have any ill affects on the mice or the snake accepting it? the mice i just got have the crystals and stuff on them like a freezer burt popsicle. yum!

Sounds like whoever you got them from didn't package them very well, wasn't airtight like it should be. It's ok though, we eat stuff that's been freezer-burnt right? :)

sometimes when you are waiting for that next pay check frozen mice are the only thing in the freezer. i mean hey, you do whatcha gotta do. :mrgreen:
