One rule I learned is that usually, though not always when morphs are involved, BCC should have 15-22 counted saddles from snout to vent, and usually have very clean saddles too with a particular shape (oftentimes looks like a batman symbol, but not always). BCI generally have 22-30 saddles. In all cases where I knew for sure which the boa was, this held true so far. She looks BCI to me, very much like my own. The only BCC I visit regularly has thin, clean, pinched saddle patches and a more golden tone to her overall rather than a purply brown, greyish, or tan and pink.

Hypo BCI also have pinched saddles so it's not a good way to ID.

Head shape, speckled pattern, tail colour, body colour, saddle shape all say bci to me. I'd be very surprised if that boa had any bcc in her. Besides I'm pretty sure if it was a het albino bcc you would have paid enough for her that there would be no doubt what she was.

Thank you guys for clearing that up! I guess he just meant to say BCI not BCC. From the BOI he's a very stand up guy. He seemed like a good guy in person too. I'm very happy she's BCI now. I want a breeding animal, because I was right, I want to breed boas too now.

She's definitely a BCI normal het albino.
