HI,
I think alot of boa breeder's use rabbits to help max oout a female thats an adult for that breeding.
here's a almost four year old Guyana eating her first rabbit sickle from rodent-pro and it was DOA in the box frozen. it was a 1.5 pound bunny
I lovelovelove RTBs. I can't wait for my adoption process to get through so I can get my Surinam.

One appropriate-sized prey item is always better for boids, than several small items. So it'd stand to reason, that feeding one appropriately-sized guinea pig or rabbit would be better than three or four large rats. It all depends on the size of the snake.

Wow Djnslab, those are some stunning boas you have there. Do you think that if you upped their feedings to guinea pigs and rabbits, they'd get bigger? I wonder if it'd be safe to just keep them on rats, and if so, would they remain at the size they're at or get bigger anyway..

here's she wrestling the bird bath..
Yup, RTB's are so beautiful...I vowed that once I get good with my bp, I'm moving up to an RTB. My mom swears she'll never let me have another snake in the house, but she said that about the bp, and here I am waiting for my baby anytime this month. 8)
