I'm taking care of the baby male normal and taking the pittance of the 30 dollars back and selling the little guy. If anyone is in LA and wants a snake for 30 dollars, let me know. I have pictures and I will take the snake back if it turns out not to be male. =P Yeah, but semi-resolved, though not satisfactorily. I still find the excuses weak sauce.

At least you got something. She kept a $250 deposit of mine years back and didn't send so much as a male normal in return.

I was being sarcastic. I got nothing for my money, whereas the OP here at least received an animal.

Please note the date on the fire was in April of 2013 so it not like it happened in the last month or so.

She promised a full refund, but I did not receive the refund as promised (so far). She owes 95 to me said in e-mail, which I'm keeping until I receive it.

Male normal hasn't eaten for me yet, so I'm reluctant to sell it atm.

Wash out and some crappy excuses, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them again. Even with LLL Reptile where you can't see the snake you get at least an approximate and the correct sex. I've not had such a bad experience like this before.

And that's BS about the fire (as in making it like it's recent) and the malware too. If she got it right after the fire, no server service is that slow in fixing a website.

I had inquired about a snake on there and she took forever to respond to my emails, told me the parents of the snake were 4ft larger than the species it was gets, I decided to put a down payment on the snake and her website wasn't letting me access the cart, then she wanted to do the transaction over email. Um, no. I am not sending someone my card info, name and address without it being through paypal. That sounds like an AWESOME way to get scammed. I'm sorry you had issues with her, I'm glad I ended up with my Colombian pair even though the situation wasn't much better.
