Why would you breed anything without having a vet near you specializing in said animal?
That's one of the most ill looking ball pythons I've ever seen, especially in that last picture.

I'm going to agree with the person who said abscess or infection, it might even be a fungus from the looks of her belly. Either way, you can't treat that at home, and you really should make the drive out there. Having pets means taking necessary sacrifices, especially if you're breeding them.
If that was my snake, I would either take her to the vet, or give her up to someone who could, there's no way I would just leave her like that.

I don't want to sound mean, but this thread is very upsetting.

Husbandry? I agree with abcess or RI, these could both be down to many reasons but mainly due to bad husbandry. If i were you I would put on a jumper and drive to a vet!!!

I plan on taking her to a vet. And I take great care of my animals as in husbandry she is the ONLY one that is like this and I've been doing this for over a year

I think the line down her belly is the least of your worries... I'd get her to a vet sooner than later.
I'm somewhat amazed that the line is your concern

And it doesn't look like she has a uri because her mouth looks normal and no excess saliva.

If you thought she looked normal besides the belly scar you might want to have someone check on your other snakes as well. You've been doing this a year - that's about how long I quarantine new snakes before they even make it to the reptile room. Hope she makes a full recovery for you.

Ok lets pull back to fixing problems. :)

Does her mouth always sit at that slightly open angle or is it simply a result of you holding her like that?

Can you put her in a humid bath ( no more than half an inch deep and no hotter than 86f ) and try and get the stuck shed off?

Once that's done we can see if she has any underlying problems remaining.
