My Gaboon Viper

Oh my god. Who doesn't love the Gaboons? I don't think I've ever seen photos of a juvie before. Thanks so much for sharing!

If you haven't kept Gaboons before, do not overfeed. Once every two weeks is perfectly adequate for an animal of this size. Otherwise you'll end up with a fat gaboon, and an animal that dies prematurely. :)

I found it cleaning out the poop in the cage. Ive had a few copperheads before. One of my buddies got me into and teaching me about hots.

Gorgeous critter! I wouldn't mind having a gaboon. It's on my wish list.

Amazing animal.

I have kept a wild caught adult once and he was the animal I "respected*" most in my collection.

Be careful, never reach in the cage without taking the animal out. Their sluggishness make people complacent, then one day, you die.

*Respected means scared s***less in this context.
