I have the chance to get a hold of a quarter dwarf albino burm. I just want to make sure the animal will not become a giant. Are your snakes the norm size wise?

Yes, across the board on Andy's 2012 clutch this seems to be the going size factor. Local laws regarding burms still apply to all crosses, including dwarf stuff, so just keep that in mind. But for size, as long as the original seller knows what hes talking about with the pairings, you should be safe. Especially given it's a male.
