60% is a pretty good stable yes, most people will also recommend it upped to the 70-80% area during a shed. Personally, I use my nose and sense of touch to "record" my humidity but there is nothing wrong with a hygrometer.

. I just want to get it right, so I know that I am doing what is best for her. I am going to be purchansing a UTH for her.I think that will help termendously. Althoght I am not sure how to set it up. Could someone explain that to me?

The general consensus on this board is that a thermostat connected to any and all heating devices is your ultimate safety belt between burns and house fires. I have mixed thoughts and experiences so to each is own. You can purchase a decent a stat for just under $40 that will control one device, the instructions for setting it up will come with the thermostat itself.

I will be following your adivse as to the covering up of of her lid. I will also purchase some moss to put in her cage as well. Did I miss anything?

Sounds good to me, just trust your instincts.

    Thanks,
    Devin

Just to clarify!!! I put the UTH under that tank on the outside on the bottom? Not inside under the dirt with Lucy?I know that it should make sense to me but I just want to be sure!!! Thanks everybody for the help!! Also thanks for telling me to attach a thermostat to it. I had a friend who didn't and it didn't end well. I will definaltly post pics after I get everything in order.

    Thanks,
    Devin

The UTH goes outside the tank stuck to the bottom, put the t-stat probe between the UTH and bottom of the enclosure.
