    i cant make another for him because my family only has one e-mail address,and when i tried to make one for him,it said they wont take that adress bcuz i already used it for bpkid.

    If you let him use your account, you are liable for his actions. Most ISPs will provide more than one email address at this point, or maybe one of your parents has an address from work he could use.

    You can also sign up for any one of the popular sites that offer completely free web based email. Hotmail, Yahoo. It might take you a little while to come up with a alias that isn't taken, but you could always do that.
